Whitney’s Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Wants To Change Name To Houston

WHITNEY Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown plans to change her name to lose her link to her father, Bobby Brown, TMZ says.

The 19-year-old, who will inherit her late mum’s entire estate while her dad will receive nothing, told friends she will become “Kristina Houston”.

The report claimed Bobbi Kristina first pushed to change her name six years ago when her parents separated, but her superstar mum blocked her only child.

Bobbi Kristina, who was hospitalised for “stress and anxiety” the day after her mum’s death last month, was said to be upset that her singer dad left his ex-wife’s funeral following a disagreement over seating arrangements.

Houston died on February 11, aged 48, at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles after years of struggle with drugs and alcohol.

In her will, signed in 2000 while she was still married to Brown, Houston bestowed all of her money, cars, furniture, clothing, jewellery and personal effects to her daughter.

Bobbi Kristina will receive a chunk of money on her 21st birthday, a second installment on her 25th, and the remainder on her 30th birthday, despite concerns over her readiness to handle such a fortune.

Houston and Brown married in July 1992 and their daughter was born in March 1993, but their marriage was marred by drug use and a battery charge. The troubled pair split in 2006, after 14 years of marriage.

In recently discovered divorce documents, Brown claimed to be living out of his car after the divorce.

Family feuds need helpers to fix them if not to bring them together, It so sad to see such a beautiful girl go it alone just because mom died while divorced. If you disagreed with my mom, it does not mean I disagree with you too, you still remain my dad and your blood flows in my veins
