Omotola was spotted in London on Wednesday outside Shell’s Headquarters calling on Shell to Own Up, Pay Up and Clean Up.
She has joined Amnesty International, which she belongs to, in fighting this cause for Niger Delta region in Nigeria.
In the video, she said she is from Niger Delta (Ondo State), hence, she feels pained at the effect of the pollution by the activities of Shell in her region.
“Fishermen cannot fish, food cannot be grown or harvested,” said Omotola.
The video also features ‘Barren Land’, an unreleased song from Omotola’s forthcoming album
