Fatima SesayMy name is Fatima Sesay, 22, and I was born and raised in West Africa, Sierra Leone. I am a candidate for the US-Africa Ambassadorship 2012 in New York City, and I need you vote and support to win the title.

A bit about myself:

I was the Editor-in-Chief of the Lehman College newspaper The Meridian, the vice-president of The African Student’s Association, anFatima Sesayd a member of Lehman L.I.F.E. (community service).

I was also involved with clubs like the Student Government and Black Legacy. I’ve learned so much from interacting and getting to know people, and I think that is a vital step for a promising leader to take.

By the grace of God and perseverance, I was able to get my Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism this May. I currently work for SaharaReporters and Applause Magazine. I am also a freelance photographer.

My platform will focus on The Importance of Education and Role Models. You can help me by liking and commenting on my photos and essays HERE.
