Remi Lagos (real name Oluremi Osholake) passed away on November 3, 2012 after a long battle with Cancer.
It was a big blow dealt the Nigerian fashion industry, some days ago, when news filtered in that the talented designer, has bowed to cancer at the age of 51.
The woman, whose fashion label ruled the fashion scene for 25 years, was diagnosed of the disease which later took her life after a surgery at the Harley Street Clinic, London.
Remi Lagos was, indeed, a star and her passage has left a big vacuum in the fashion industry, as she remained the leading light and a role model to a number of young, promising models and designers.
Rest in peace, Remi.
