Singer Goldie Harvey is dead

Goldie Harvey Report reaching us says popular Nigerian music artiste and former Big Brother Africa housemate, Oluwabimpe Harvey (aka Goldie) is dead.

Kennis Music have confirmed the death. They released a statement via her Twitter and Facebook page.

Ellam A. Abass, Artiste and Repertoire Manager at Kennis Music, also confirmed that the artiste was indeed, dead.

Goldie Harvey According to sources, she passed away Thursday evening (today) at the age of 29.

She died a few minutes ago in Denrele Edun’s arms at Reddington Hospital in Victoria Island.

The singer just came back from the United States today where she attended the 2013 Grammy awards.

Goldie was born Susan Oluwabimpe Harvey on October 23, 1983 to very educated and successful parents.

She was the first of four kids. She attended  Green Springs Montessori Primary School and then St. John’s College, Palm Grove before moving on to attend  the University of Sunderland where she studied Business Management.

She joined Kennis Music label in 2010 and had her debut album titled Gold but her most popular songs include, “You Know It”, “JawoJawo” and DTMB (Don’t Touch My Body).

Goldie has so far received a total of 10 awards, including Exquisite Lady of the year, Best Female Artiste award and City People Best Female Artiste of the year.

    I work at the same hospital, she didnt die in our hospital, She was brought to our hospital already dead! I suspect she was used for blood sacrifice by…. U shud know who!
