A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Lagos State, Mr. Babatunde Gbadamosi, who was arrested last week by the Department of State Services (DSS), has regained his freedom.
Mr. Gbadamosi was set free this afternoon.
He was arrested last Wednesday after he honoured an invitation from the DSS.
He was then transferred to Abuja on the same day where he was held until his release today.
Although he was not accused of committing any criminal offence or security breach, he was arrested and taken to Abuja for interrogation.
Since then Mr. Gbadamosi has been denied access to his family and lawyers by the SSS.
